Introducing the Battery Pack Tester.The device can provide CC mode, CV mode, Pulse mode, CP mode, CR mode, DCIR mode, and HPPC etc. Through the work step editor, they can be edited to work in a combined work mode and can be quickly switched on the user's requirements.
Through these basic functions, the test system can carry out battery performance testing, rate charge and discharge testing, capacity testing, cycle life testing, DC internal resistance testing, reliability testing, energy efficiency testing, simulated road condition testing, etc.
When the same device works with multiple channels, the channels are completely independent of each other; when there is a need to expand the current, the channels can be connected in parallel.
Function Features:
The charge discharge testing system mainly includes PC software, USB hub, router, aging instrument. The core is aging instrument, aging 32 bit ARM chip was chosen as main control chip, compared to the traditional microcontroller in the execution speed greatly improved, measuring voltage and current accuracy is higher, through the RS232, network transmission data.
